As promised in my other post, I will give you my detailed every other day diet review. I found out about the every other day diet a few months ago when I was surfing the internet for diet programs (again). I hate to say it, but I’ve tried almost every dieting program out there and never found a working diet program for me… Or so I thought. That’s when I ran into the every other day diet program (EODD for short), didn’t believe it would work at first but after reading hundreds of great reviews on it, I decided to give it a try. My results? I lost 30lbs on the every other day diet so far in just 15 weeks! I’ve kept the weight off since! I’m so happy! The great thing about this dieting program which differs from the others is the every other day diet plan will allow you to eat your favorite food every week!
I know I’ve already said this, but you can actually eat your favorite food with this diet program! You’re probably thinking how it’s possible to lose weight while eating your favorite food. The program is designed to restrict calories and burn body fat without compromising your body’s ability to burn calories which EODD (every other day diet) calls it calorie cycling. Calorie cycling is a way of manipulating caloric intake and tricking your body into thinking that calories are not being restricted when they actually are. When your body beings to slow down it’s metabolic rate, it’s harder and harder to lose weight which is the reason why you need to trick your body into thinking there is no caloric deficit.
The every other day diet involves “burn days” and “feed days”. On the burn days, you can only eat 30-50% of your maintenance caloric intake. While on the feeds days, you are allowed to consume up to 150% of your maintenance caloric intake. This means you are allowed to eat the foods you like on feed days! It’s a pretty cool method right? It works too!
