As promised in my other post, I will give you my detailed every other day diet review. I found out about the every other day diet a few months ago when I was surfing the internet for diet programs (again). I hate to say it, but I’ve tried almost every dieting program out there and never found a working diet program for me… Or so I thought. That’s when I ran into the every other day diet program (EODD for short), didn’t believe it would work at first but after reading hundreds of great reviews on it, I decided to give it a try. My results? I lost 30lbs on the every other day diet so far in just 15 weeks! I’ve kept the weight off since! I’m so happy! For two days, you eat slightly more calories than your body requires, but for the next two days, you eat less than more for a single day, and less again for two more days. Depending on how much fat you have, it’s possible to lose 10 pounds really quickly, but remember it will depend on how much fat you have stored in your body at the moment. Someone with a lot more fat in their body can lose fat more quickly because they have more fat to lose compared to someone who is not that fat and not have that much fat to lose.

Okay, let’s get started on losing the 10 pounds. First set a goal. Do you want to lose 10 pounds in a week, two weeks, three weeks or a month? If you aren’t that fat, It’s recommended to only lose 1-2.5 lbs per week. This is the safe and healthy way to lose the fat.  Although if you are a bit on the fat side, it’s very possible to lose 10 lbs in two weeks (or less). I’ve personally lost more than 10 lbs within a two week period, but that’s because I was a bit overweight.

Let’s do some simple math to lose just 1 lb. To lose 1 lb in a week, you need to have a calorie deficit of 500 calories. By cutting out 500 calories than what you usually eat, you will lose 1 lb per week and this does not include exercise. This is because 3500 calories is equal to 1 lb, so by eating 3500 calories less per week, you will lose 1 lb. It’s that easy. If you add on exercising, you will lose more. So do some cardio exercises and have a calorie deficit of 500 calories, and you will lose about 1-2.5 lbs a week (most likely more in your first week) and will add up to about 10 pounds per month which is the healthy way to do this. You can still eat whatever you want as long as you have a 500 calorie deficit per day.

There are a lot more ways to lose 10 pounds quickly, but If you are new to dieting, I would recommend this way to lose 10 pounds quickly.   • Eat healthier – This means cutting down on junk food and replacing it with fruits. I know it’s hard, but if you want to get a flat stomach fast, then this is a important step. It’s only hard in the beginning. You will get used to not eating junk food. Along with losing the belly fat, you will also lose all around fat which is great.
  • Eat Protein –  Protein is good for you. Meat (avoid the fat), beans, nuts are great as a protein source.
  • Smaller Meals – It is better to eat smaller meals throughout the day to get a flat stomach. This means eating just enough until you feel full and not overeating. Try to focus on eating healthy food items.
  • Eat Your Food Raw – I’m not talking about your meats. I mean your vegetables. If you cook your vegetables, it will decrease its nutritional value. Raw food takes longer to digest so you feel full for a longer period of time.
  • Drink lots of water – Replace your soda with water. We all love soda, but it’s not good for you. Try and get a lot of water per day.
  • Don’t eat before you sleep – Do not eat anything 2 hours before your bedtime.  Your body slow downs and cannot digest food properly while you are sleeping. Foods that are eaten late are stored as fat.
There you have it. That is how to get a flat stomach fast. There is no secret to getting a flat stomach. All it requires is a bit of hard work. The 3 day diet plan has been one of the most popular short-term diets lately and a lot of people are wondering if it actually works. The 3 day diet plan is nothing more than just a fad diet, meaning that there is no real scientific evidence that it works or not. Just like any other short-term diets,  most people will gain the weight they loss during the 3 day diet plan again.

Before I gave you the meal plans for the 3 day diet plan,  it’s not recommended for anyone to use for more than three days since it can cause problems.

Day 1 -

  • For breakfast, have black coffee or tea, half a grapefruit and one slice of toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter
  • For lunch, have a half cup of tuna with one slice of toast as well as coffee or tea
  • For dinner, consume seven slices of any meat product, eat one cup of string beans, one cup of beets, one small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 2 -

  • For breakfast, eat one egg, half a banana and one slice of toast with either black coffee or tea
  • For lunch, eat one cup of cottage cheese and three saltine crackers
  • For dinner, eat two hot dogs, one cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots and one cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3 -

  • For breakfast, eat three saltine crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese, one small apple and drink a cup of black coffee or tea
  • For lunch, eat one hard boiled egg along with a slice of toast
  • For dinner, eat one cup of tuna, one beet, one cup of cauliflower, half a cantaloupe and half a cup of vanilla ice cream

Again, I would not recommend the 3 day diet plan for anyone since it’s just a fad diet and you’ll just gain the weight back as soon as you stop using it.
